Technical details

Composition Azoxystrobin 282 g/L + Metalaxyl-M 108 g/L SC
Formulation SC
Registration number UgC/2026/004253/Fu/R
Mode of action Azoxystrobin is a strobilurin fungicide that inhibits mitochondrial respiration by blocking electron transfer at the cytochrome bc1 complex (Complex III), specifically at the Qo site. This disruption halts ATP production, resulting in the death of the fungal cell while Metalaxyl-M is a systemic fungicide that inhibits fungal RNA polymerase I, blocking ribosomal RNA (rRNA) synthesis and thereby preventing protein production essential for fungal growth, cell division, and reproduction.
Application rate summary 250ml/ha (5ml in 20L of water)
Pre-harvest interval Tomatoes, potatoes, cabbages, broccoli 3 days, onions 10 days, Avocado and citrus 7 days, melons and cucumbers 5 days and french beans 14 days
Re-entry interval 12 hours
Pack sizes 100ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1L
Safety
